Mornig everyone. As you can see i have had my blue light turned off. Far too much sunbathing as far as i was concerned. As you can see my skin colour looks a lot healthier now.

I had a really good night (more than my mum or dad!). However i did wake up this morning at 5 o'clock and screamed the ward down. This is because i am getting very hungry. Plus, unlike my mum i dont like lying on my tummy.

However they eventually got me off to sleep and this is how i was when mum and dad came to visit me this morning. I am still breathing without oxygen and the longer that i stay off the ventilator tube the better and more promising it is that i won't have to go back on it.

My right hand is getting better all the time. The blackness has very nearly disappeared from my thumb and my midwife says she has seen it slowly disappear on my forefinger.

The doctors are going to come round later and i might be able to have some more milk. Only a little, 1 and a half mil every hour. They have to keep an eye on it because they have to watch my gut. This is one of the last parts of me to develop and therefore it gets less oxygen than other organs.

So more sleep, food and having people run around me.
