And here is a picture of my mum. As you can see she is looking really well.

The doctors have decided that they can turn off the oxygen because i am doing really well. This means that now i am breathing just air. This is really good, but there will be times when i am struggling a bit and they will have to turn the oxygen on again.

That hand that you can see is my dad. That gives you a pretty good idea of how small i am.

And this is me this morning. As you can see i no longer have the ventilator machine on. This is because i did so well last night that they decided to try and let me breathe without it.

Don't worry about the strage blue light. Because i was born so early, organs like my liver and kidneys are not very well developed yet and i am jaundiced.

Inside my tank there is a mixture of air and oxygen. If I continue to do well they will turn the oxygen off and i will be breathing just air which will be good progress.

I have some bruising on my right hand. this is because yesterday they put a line into my arm but i didn't like it. They have taken it out and are watching it very closely.
